Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal and Klarna.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Porugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
Do you ship to packstations/pick-up points or PO-boxes?
We currently only deliver right to your door, so make sure you have stated your full private address.
Can I track my order?
We actually encourage it. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Don’t worry if it takes a few hours for the number to become valid, that’s totally normal.
Taxes and duties
Your final order price includes all duties, import costs, and local taxes. No surprises, we promise.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer customers 30 days to fall in love with their purchase. If it’s truly not a match, you will find information on how to process your return at Shipping & Returns within the Need Help? - section at the bottom of our website.

Are returns free?
We do not offer free returns. You will find more information on how to process your return at Shipping & Returns within the Need Help? - section at the bottom of our website.
How long do returns take to process?
Once we have received your package and processed your return you will receive an email notification. Your refund will be refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order. Please note it can take up to 14 business days before you can see the transaction on your bank account.
Can I return an item that I bought in person?
Items bought in person must be returned to its original purchase location, not online. You’ll have to check with your retailer for their individual return policies.
Can I return an online purchase at a flagship store?
Sorry, what happens online stays online. It’s not possible to get a refund from a store if you purchased an item through our webshop. However, you can make an exchange with any of their in-stock items.
Can I exchange an item that I bought online?
Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges at this time. Instead, we recommend for you to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.
Can I return a gift?
Sure thing, just remember that the money will go back to the original card used for payment.
Can I return items from two separate orders together?
If you would like to return items from two different orders, you are more than welcome to ship them together in one box. Please create a return for both orders in our system, but choose self-postage for one so you only pay for one label. Remember to include both return forms in the box.
Orders
Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed?
A confirmation email will be sent to your email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Unfortunately, all orders are final, and edits or cancellations cannot occur. We strive to process all orders as soon as ordered.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change any shipping information once the order has been placed.
Why was my order cancelled?
Very rarely do we have to cancel an order if the stock level was shown incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens we’ll email you right away with the update.
I have received a defective item. What should I do?
If you have received an item from our online store that was damaged or defective, please send a photo, your order number, and a description to support@colorfulstandard.com so we can help resolve the issue.
If the item was purchased at a retail or physical store, please contact them directly to find a solution to your claim.
I am missing an order/item
Missing Order
We are sorry that you are missing your parcel! If the tracking shows "delivered," but you don't have the parcel, please check if anyone in your household or your neighbors has received the package for you. If this is not the case, please contact support@colorfulstandard.com with your order information so we can help further. Please note that a claim for a missing order must be made within 4 business days after it has been marked "delivered."
Missing Item
We are sorry that you are missing an item! Please contact support@colorfulstandard.com with a photo of the box, the delivery note, and the item(s) you have received so we can investigate.
My parcel was returned to sender
We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel. Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it as a return, and you will receive a refund. Feel free to place the order again on the website.
Can I add a discount code to an already existing order?
Unfortunately, we can not add a discount code after the order has been placed. Feel free to use the code on your next purchase :)
Products
The item I wan't to purchase is sold out, What gives?
Sorry about that! We only produce what we think we’ll need to avoid waste and overproduction. Unfortunately, that means that some items temporarily go out of stock, but no biggie, we’re constantly restocking. Remember that you can always sign up to be notified when a product is back in stock by selecting “notify me when available” on each item’s product page.
Is there a guarantee period for all purchases?
You betcha! We believe in high-quality products that will last a very long time - that’s why we offer a 365 days guarantee.
Can I purchase products for resale?
Nope. Our products are for consumers only. Please do not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect anyone intends to resell our products, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
