Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide variety of payment options to make shopping easy for you:

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
Do you ship to packstations, pick-up points, or PO boxes?
We currently deliver directly to your door, so please make sure to provide your full private address when placing an order.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. Please note it might take a few hours for the tracking number to become active—it’s totally normal, so don’t worry.
Taxes and Duties
No surprises here! The final price of your order includes all duties, import costs, and local taxes, so you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, so you have plenty of time to decide if it’s a match! If it’s not, you can find all the details on how to process your return in our Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
How do I return an item?

Are returns free?
We currently do not offer free returns. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of the website.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return package has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, but please note it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I return an item purchased in person?
Items bought in person must be returned to the original store of purchase. Please contact the retailer directly to learn about their return policy.
Can I return an online purchase to a flagship store?
Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be refunded in-store. However, you’re welcome to exchange your item for an in-stock item at the store.
Can I exchange an item I bought online?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges for online purchases. To get a replacement, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for your preferred product.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! However, refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the gift.
Can I return items from two separate orders in one box?
Yes, you can! Please create a return for each order in our system, but choose the self-postage option for one of the returns so you only pay for one label. Be sure to include both return forms in the box.
Orders
Will I receive confirmation when my order has been placed?
Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your email address within a few minutes of purchase. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@colorfulstandard.com.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Unfortunately, all orders are final once placed, and we’re unable to make edits or cancellations. This is because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Unfortunately, we cannot update shipping or billing details once an order has been placed.
Why was my order cancelled?
Very rarely, we may need to cancel an order if the stock level was displayed incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens, we’ll email you right away with an explanation and an upd
I received a defective item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry about that! Please send the following details to support@colorfulstandard.com so we can assist you:
• A photo of the defective item
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
We’ll work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible!
I am missing an order/item
Missing Order
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
1. Check with your household members or neighbors to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
2. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us at support@colorfulstandard.com within 4 business days of the "delivered" status. Include your order information so we can help resolve the issue.
Missing Item
If you’re missing an item from your order, please email support@colorfulstandard.com with:
• A photo of the box and delivery note
• A list of the items you did receive
We’ll investigate and make it right.
My parcel was returned to sender
We’re sorry to hear your parcel didn’t reach you! Once your order is returned to our warehouse, we’ll process it as a return and issue a refund. Feel free to place a new order on our website at your convenience.
Can I add a discount code to an existing order?
Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be applied to orders that have already been placed. But don’t worry—you can save the code for your next purchase! 😊

The item I want to purchase is sold out — Is it coming back?
We’re so sorry it’s unavailable right now! At Colorful Standard, we’re committed to reducing waste and avoiding overproduction. This means some items may temporarily go out of stock—but no worries, we’re constantly restocking your favorites!
To be the first to know when it’s back, just click “Notify me when available” on the product page, and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.
Is there a warranty on your products?
You bet! We believe in creating high-quality, durable products that stand the test of time. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on all our items.
Can I purchase products for resale?
No, our products are intended for personal use only. Orders placed for resale or export purposes may be canceled at our discretion.
